Big Chicken Menu & Highlights

The Big Chicken menu on Carnival Cruise Line features crispy chicken sandwiches, hand-breaded chicken strips, and breakfast items. Guests can choose white or dark meat, with grilled chicken available upon request. Sandwich options include the M.D.E. (Most Dominant Ever) with Shaq sauce and pickles, the Shaq Attack with pepper jack cheese, jalapeño slaw, and spicy chipotle BBQ sauce, Uncle Jerome with Nashville hot chicken, lettuce, mayo, and pickles, and The Big Aristotle with muenster cheese, crispy fried onions, bacon, and Memphis BBQ sauce.
