Street Eats is Carnival’s tribute to the world’s best street food, served from three themed counters offering a different specialty each day. Mad Sizzle focuses on grilled and stir-fried dishes from around the globe, including options like bulgogi beef and pad Thai. Steam Dream highlights steamed favorites like pork dumplings, siu mai, and sticky rice with chicken. Time Fries rounds out the lineup with over-the-top loaded fries inspired by global ingredients. At Mad Sizzle, daily menu highlights include bulgogi beef with steamed rice and sesame dressing, Indian uttapam with spiced chicken and chutney, Peruvian lomo saltado stir-fried beef, and Turkish beef kebabs with tahini and harissa.
