At Mad Sizzle, daily menu highlights include bulgogi beef with steamed rice and sesame dressing, Indian uttapam with spiced chicken and chutney, Peruvian lomo saltado stir-fried beef, and Turkish beef kebabs with tahini and harissa. Other rotating dishes include shami kebab with yogurt and mint sauce, seafood pad Thai, and chicken satay with turmeric and peanut sauce.

Steam Dream features options like Shanghai pork dumplings with plum chili jam, sesame chicken wontons, char siu pork dumplings with crispy onions, and spiced beef bao with pickled carrots and sweet chili sauce. The menu also includes sticky rice with soy-braised chicken, pork and shrimp siu mai with black bean chili oil, and beef with tofu in hot and sour Sichuan BBQ sauce.
