Chibang is Carnival’s dedicated dual-cuisine restaurant, designed to bring together Chinese and Mexican food in one modern, sit-down venue. The name “Chibang” is derived from the Mandarin word for “wing,” symbolizing a fusion of flavors that span continents. Guests can mix and match items from both cuisines, exploring new combinations or sticking with familiar favorites. The venue serves a casual lunch featuring noodle and burrito bowls, while dinner service offers a full menu with appetizers, entrées, and desserts from both cultures.
Chibang Menu & Highlights
The Chibang dinner menu is divided evenly between Chinese and Mexican offerings, allowing guests to choose from either or both cuisines. Chinese starters include pot stickers, spring rolls, lettuce wraps, and egg drop soup. Main courses range from beef and broccoli to kung pao chicken, Cantonese pork, sweet and sour shrimp, and mapo tofu. The featured Golden Roasted Duck is carved table-side and served for two.
From the Mexican side, appetizers like queso fundido, super loaded nachos, and tacos with pork, steak, shrimp, or mushrooms start the meal. Entrées include dishes like pollo en mole, steak ranchero, pork lomito, pescado frito, and camarones diablo. Dessert options span both menus and include Chibang’s signature Chocolate “C-Bang,” coconut tea tres leches, churro y helado, flan caramel, and crema catalana.
