Masala Tiger Lunch Menu & Highlights

The Masala Tiger lunch buffet changes daily but consistently features a variety of authentic Indian dishes. Guests can enjoy a rotating selection of tandoor-grilled meats like chicken reshmi kabab, lamb seekh kebab, and fish kasturi tikka. Vegetarian options include paneer tikka, Punjabi chana masala, rajma masala, and vegetable biryani. The buffet also offers a variety of chaat such as dahi bhalla, samosa chaat, and papadi chaat. Fresh condiments like mint chutney, beetroot chutney, and cucumber-mint raita are available alongside breads like garlic naan and pudina paratha. Dishes range from mild to medium spice, and rice options such as onion jeera pulao are regularly featured.

Dinner at Masala Tiger is a sit-down experience with an à la carte menu. Starters include pani puri, Punjabi mini samosas, lamb galawati kebab, and spicy dakshin prawns. Main course highlights are murgh makhani (butter chicken), Malabar prawn curry, Peshawri lamb chops, trio of chicken tikka, railway goat curry, and Punjabi chole bhature. Each dinner includes a choice of two sides such as tadka dal, gunpowder potatoes, basmati rice, or a bread basket with naan and paratha. Desserts include traditional Indian favorites like coconut and jaggery kulfi and gulab jamun. Masala chai is also available.

Most main course dinner items are priced around $15, with premium options like Peshawri lamb chops reaching up to $38. Starters and desserts range from $4 to $12. Side dishes are included with the purchase of a main course.
