Mad Sizzle Menu & Highlights

The Mad Sizzle menu includes a wide range of Mediterranean favorites. Guests can order grilled skewers such as adana kebab, lahem meshwi lamb, shish beef, and shish tawook chicken, all served with garlic sauce. Satay skewers are available with chicken or beef, accompanied by peanut sauce, cucumber, and red onions.

Shawarma options include marinated chicken, grass-fed lamb, a combination of both, or falafel, with optional sides like Greek horiatiki salad or garlic rosemary chips. Which Ships Have Mad Sizzle?

The full Mad Sizzle restaurant is exclusive to Carnival Splendor. However, a scaled-down version of Mad Sizzle is also available as part of the complimentary Street Eats food stalls on Carnival Jubilee, Carnival Celebration, and Mardi Gras. These smaller versions offer a rotating selection of skewers and grilled dishes inspired by the main menu.
