Carnival Cruise Line Gluten-Free Main Dining Room PDF Menus
Carnival Cruise Line now offers dedicated gluten-free menus in the main dining rooms, making it easier for guests with gluten sensitivities or dietary preferences to enjoy dinner safely each night of the cruise. These menus are available upon request from your dining room staff and rotate nightly, offering a full selection of appetizers, entrées, and desserts that do not include gluten-containing ingredients.
All meals in the main dining room are included in your cruise fare, and gluten-free options are part of that same offering—no extra charge is required. These menus aren’t always handed out automatically, so be sure to ask your server at the beginning of each dinner service if you’d like the gluten-free version for the evening.

How to Request a Gluten-Free Menu
If you follow a gluten-free diet, let your dining room server know at the beginning of your cruise or each evening at dinner. The gluten-free menu is not always brought out automatically, but it is available upon request and usually prepared with attention to dietary safety. Guests with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance may also speak with the maître d’ for additional precautions.
Gluten-free menus are available to individuals regardless of what others at the table order. The offerings are part of the standard dinner service and follow the same rotating schedule as the regular menu.
Desserts and Daily Variety
One of the highlights of Carnival’s gluten-free dining experience is the consistent availability of desserts beyond fruit or sorbet. Depending on the night, you may find items like chocolate panna cotta, crème brûlée, key lime pie, banana cream pie, or Baked Alaska—all prepared without gluten.
The gluten-free menu rotates nightly with the main dinner schedule, allowing guests to enjoy new appetizers, mains, and desserts each day. The consistent variety ensures that gluten-free diners can enjoy a full cruise experience without repetitive meals.
Gluten-Free Dining Across the Carnival Fleet
These gluten-free menus are available across Carnival’s fleet in the main dining room during dinner. While some gluten-free items may appear at the buffet or in specialty restaurants, the MDR is the most reliable place to access a full gluten-free menu every night.
Carnival continues to expand and refine its dietary offerings, and the gluten-free menu is part of that ongoing improvement. With attention to safety and variety, Carnival makes it easier for guests to enjoy their vacation without compromising their dietary needs.
If you're planning a Carnival cruise and require a gluten-free diet, you’ll find that the main dining room offers a dependable, inclusive, and enjoyable experience throughout your voyage.
